Al Derway
Al has proudly called Lake City home for over 30 years and began his career in insurance in 2007. With a genuine passion for helping others, he has built his expertise around guiding clients through the often-complex world of insurance—especially Medicare Supplement Plans. Al is deeply rooted in his faith, family, and core values, which shape the way he serves each client with care and integrity. Outside the office, he enjoys gaming, music, and cherishing time with his three beloved grandchildren.
Kat Derway
Kat has been immersed in the world of insurance since the age of 10, inspired by her father’s dedication to the field. Determined to follow in his footsteps, she earned her insurance license at just 18 years old and now specializes in Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans. Kat also manages outreach and events as well as marketing for Integrity. Known affectionately as the “Chaos Coordinator” of the Derway household, she’s always ready to lend a helping hand with a smile.
Joshua Hook
Josh Hook joined the insurance industry in 2023 and enjoys helping clients navigate their Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) insurance options. As Laura’s nephew, he is proud to be part of the Integrity Insurance Services team and is committed to delivering reliable, client-focused service. Outside of insurance, Josh works part-time as a wrestling referee and is a dedicated Florida Gators fan. When he’s not in the office or at the mat, you can likely find him cheering on his favorite team.
Aidan Tolbert
Aidan relocated from Fort Myers to Lake City in 2022 to join Kat and Al in their family-centered insurance business. She specializes in Medicare Advantage and Affordable Care Act (ACA) insurance and is dedicated to helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs. As Kat’s best friend and trusted teammate, Aidan brings a strong sense of collaboration and reliability to the office. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, gaming, working on cars, and tackling hands-on projects around the house. She is also an avid Harry Potter fan.
Laura Hook
Laura Hook is one of our Senior Medicare Agents and brings more than a decade of Medicare experience to the Integrity Insurance Services team. Though she’s new to Integrity, Laura is no stranger to Medicare and is passionate about helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her cheering on the Florida Gators, watching football, or traveling and exploring new places.
Kelley Williams
Kelley Williams is our Life and Annuity Specialist and is dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most and plan confidently for the future. With a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, Kelley works closely with individuals and families to find life insurance and annuity solutions that align with their long-term goals. Known for her caring nature and clear communication, she makes even the most complex decisions feel manageable.
